The Athletic Department strives to promote a healthy lifestyle in our students.  We encourage our athletes to develop competitive skills in their sports’ practice.  We also promote the ability to choose their preferred sport, under the principles of discipline and commitment.  CDA’s athletes improve their sports skills while also practicing teamwork and having fun doing what they love.

We offer different programs from kindergarten to grade 12.  In all programs, our coaches and P. E. teachers emphasize the importance of health and wellness through building daily habits that promote an active lifestyle. We also have trainers and wellness coaches who help our athletes become aware of the specific needs that can improve their training. 

Our athletes have the opportunity to practice basketball, track and field, soccer and volleyball. Besides those sports, they also practice different competitive sports during P.E. classes.
