ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

  1. Fill out the Admissions Form.
  2. Fill out Psychopedagogical Report. (Only for Grade 1 students)
  3. Bring Recommendation form.
  4. Bring Report cards of the last 2 school years including current year.  (The student must bring these documents along with the enrollment form on the day in which he/she will take the admission test).
  5. Cancel admission/interview assessment fee at the bank.
  6. Items 1-5 must be scanned to info@decrolyamericano.edu.gt
  7. Take and pass admission exam.
  8. Interview with the Elementary/Middle School or High School Principal and Counselor.
  9. Prior to set your enrollment appointment, submit the following documents to info@decrolyamericano.edu.gt :

For Student:

    • Birth certificate
    • Recent picture
    • Hearing test
    • Vision test
    • Health certificate
    • Immunization Record
    • Blood type certification

Documents from current school:

    • Official Certificates of previous schooling
    • MINEDUC Personal Code (Guatemalan Program only)
    • A solvency letter

 For Parents:

    • A copy of the parent’s identification document (Documento Personal de Identificación or passport if parents are not Guatemalan citizens)

10. Set an appointment with the Admissions Department to:

    • Sign service contract between parents and Colegio Decroly Americano
    • Sign service contract between parents and Penta, S.A.
    • Pay enrollment fees and first installment of tuition fees to Colegio Decroly Americano
    • BOTH PARENTS MUST ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT TO SIGN CONTRACTS

 

**Enrollment will be official upon receipt of all documents and fulfill all requirements**
